My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room could have been cleaner and more secure, but the location was excellent. The lack of customer service and high pricing were disappointing aspects.

The hotel's location was excellent, just 10 minutes away from downtown and close to various amenities. The room had a lingering bad smell that even Lysol couldn't eliminate, and it took a while for the air conditioning to cool down the hot room; a bit of air freshener would have helped. The service lacked friendliness and proper training, with staff knocking on the door before check-out time and being unhelpful with key cards.
